Start by submitting your information for a full credit review.

Step 2: Create Your Required Accounts
To move forward, you must create online access with:
• Experian
• Equifax
• TransUnion
• CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau)
These accounts allow us to:
• Submit electronic disputes
• Monitor investigation updates
• Escalate complaints when necessary
• Track reinvestigations
• Move faster than traditional mail-only disputes
You will securely provide us with login access and any one-time passcodes when requested so we can execute disputes on your behalf.Without bureau access, we cannot properly begin.
Step 3: Complete Enrollment
Inside your secure client portal, you will:
• Sign the service agreement
• Upload identification (Driver’s License or ID, proof of address, SSN if required)
• Provide payment information
• Confirm bureau and CFPB access
Once onboarding is complete, we immediately begin the first round of disputes.
